About You We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Unit Manager with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Qualifications: Current registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a valid practising certificate.Skills and Abilities: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to foster a positive and innovative workplace culture.Experience: At least 3 years post-registration experience with demonstrated expertise in Anaesthetic practice, aligned with ACORN standards, and previous management and leadership experience.Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of professional nursing standards, healthcare legislation, WH&S requirements, and quality improvement systems within a healthcare setting.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
