We are seeking a Cable Repairer to work out of our Emerald operation on a full-time basis. Our Cables Services operations take pride in knowing that we're shaping the future of the mining industry and keeping its workers safe. This is an opportunity suited to an experienced trades assistant or labourer looking to take on a new challenge. You will receive on-the-job coaching and training in order to support your transition to becoming a skilled Cable Repairer.

This will involve:
Repairing reeling, trailing, and flexible cables Testing reeling, trailing, and flexible cables Inspecting and fitting plugs/couplers for reeling, trailing, and flexible cables Verifying compliance of repaired reeling, trailing, and flexible cables This role will also provide general trades' assistant support as required in line with operational requirements.
