JOB DESCRIPTION Permanent All AU Location- Full Time- Hybrid - Manager Our Compliance Screening team provides Business teams with screening support.
We implement and adapt to new or changing processes, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.
And we're looking for a manager to take our team to the next level, performing due diligence processes and managing  an offshore screening team within our vast community of solvers.
Use the experience and skills you've gained as an expert in Know Your Client (KYC) screening processes, including Anti Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions obligations, to grow our Screening team.
You'll be a part of the team that provides valuable information and insight to the Business, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to make a difference.

As part of the Compliance Team within Risk & Ethics , you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As part of the Risk & Ethics team, you'll: Be the point of contact for enquiries from the Business related to screening, AML and sanctions Use your strong communication skills to perform outreach to engagement teams to request information/documentation Have the ability to proactively manage your own work allocation Supervise the work of an offshore team who perform screening, ensuring that SLAs are met and a high quality of work is delivered Work together with another Manager in the team to ensure shared responsibility of the role and leave cover More About You You have a university degree, at least at Bachelor level You have 3-5 year's experience and extensive knowledge in: anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory requirements, Know Your Client (KYC) screening processes and tools, understanding of sanctions obligations You have experience in handling highly confidential information with a high degree of discretion and a focus on maintaining client privacy You are assertive in offering solutions when posed with problems You have strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills You have a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask You have working knowledge of data analytic tools such as Alteryx and Power Bi, and Microsoft You have experience working in consulting/professional services firms It's time to move forward.
