The work will include advising on takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital raisings, corporate governance advice and Takeovers Panel matters.About youAs our successful candidate, you demonstrate a desire to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions.
You are an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly.
