About the Job Review historical pricing and volume commitments across all key segments and identify areas of opportunity to renegotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and other terms. Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve quality by benchmarking commodity costs across geographies and suppliers. Manage direct procurement processes, including the purchasing or obtaining of raw materials. Create RFQs and oversee competitive bidding cycles. Evaluate and strategically source potential suppliers. Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best deals and terms. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and laws. Incorporate new procurement software, e-procurement processes, and business processes where necessary. Incorporate new sales software and processes where necessary. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Monitor the achievements of sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Generate and follow up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to secure new deals and renewals. About You Proven expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies across categories. Strong track record in supplier negotiations and relationship building. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to build effective working relationships both within and outside the organisation. Ability to drive change. Strong attention to detail. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales data to make informed decisions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
