Business Compliance Administrator Role in Minto NSW CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions to connect people, products and providers worldwide.

Your role will play a critical part in supporting the Finished Vehicle Logistics branch to adhere to compliance standards.
This role ensures all administrative and operational activities align with company guidelines, contributing to maintaining and enhancing service standards for our customers.
You will manage tasks in CEVA's QHSE system, including scheduling and conducting regular audits to ensure safety compliance across the site.
Manage Quality and Total Compliance Assurance (TCA) tasks, actively supporting Business Process Excellence (BPE) initiatives and conducting thorough audits to uphold high standards.
Sustain and enhance the 5S programme, ensuring an organised, efficient, and compliant workplace through regular assessments and improvements.
Deliver training sessions and assess team members against company Work Instructions and Safe Work Practices (SWPs) to ensure competency and compliance.
Conduct comprehensive site inductions for new team members, contractors, and visitors, as well as manage annual renewal processes to maintain compliance.
Perform regular site inspections, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement to ensure all activities align with compliance requirements.
Handle general administrative tasks, including account coordination, documentation management, and report preparation.
The ideal candidate has experience gained in a quality and/or compliance related role together with administrative support experience in a professional environment.
Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of compliance standards, quality management, and safety regulations, and experience with documentation management and report preparation.
