The Vice President, Acquisition Marketing, Planning & Performance is responsible for developing and executing a highly integrated, multi-channel acquisition strategy to help Amex win in the marketplace.
The role requires a high degree of commercial acumen and an ability to balance driving growth at scale whilst continuously improving efficiency. Strong analytics, coupled with consumer insights, are critical to inform decision-making and optimise investments.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to proactively target and attract high potential prospects Lead, develop and manage all aspects of external Acquisition marketing including leading a large team of high performing digital marketing managers Lead sales planning/target setting processes including forecasting and monitoring of performance against plan Prioritise investments to optimise capabilities to drive cost effective and profitable volume growth Drive acquisition through existing distribution partners relationships by leveraging access to their channels and customer bases. Implement new external distribution strategies and partnerships to ensure creation of new acquisition channels to drive future growth of proprietary cards Work closely with key business partners including Product Teams, Risk and New Accounts to ensure alignment and most effective strategies are being developed Identify opportunities and drive alignment with cross-functional partners such as Global Merchant Network Services Maintain market awareness of both competitors and technological advances to analyse, plan and develop future strategic plans for acquisition Build strong relationships with Central teams in order to define and implement acquisition growth strategies in Australia and NZ. Minimum Qualifications
