Company supported volunteering program Key Responsibilities: Lead Distribution & Transportation: Manage domestic distribution and transportation for D2C, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency. Guest Experience Excellence: Develop and implement personalized service offerings (e.g., Value Added Services, CRM, loyalty programs) in partnership with brands and warehouses, covering everything from outbound to returns. Project Leadership: Oversee brand specific projects across D2C, managing implementation and stakeholder engagement. New Store Onboarding: Develop and document processes for new store openings, establish SLAs, and help optimize replenishment models. Cost Management: Review and drive cost improvements within the D2C supply chain and partner with brands to enhance cost-to-sales ratios. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, finance, customer service, warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent communication across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations preferably within a D2C environment. Strong partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate with brands and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service levels. Expertise in project management, continuous improvement, and cost optimization. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to engage stakeholders and drive performance. Ability to drive change and lead high performing teams. A strategic and agile mindset and strong commercial acumen. Entrepreneurial thinking and a can-do attitude.
