We are looking for a Director of Systems, Security & Innovation to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will drive strategy and growth in the SSI business, which spans the whole of Defence and Federal Government and National Security.
Specifically, this role will be primarily focused on leading, delivering for, and growing the Defence, Intelligence, and Federal Government sector of Amentum business.
What will I be doing day to day? Develop and maintain specific growth strategy, client, opportunity, and pursuit planning activities Provide leadership in Sales and actively participate in Client engagement and business development opportunities in pursuit of future work for the business Assure the quality of project delivery, client relationships, and related outputs throughout project/program lifecycles Support the Growth and Sales team through the development of innovative solutions to differentiate proposals Support the future direction of the practice, based on future-focused insights and thought leadership, aligned to SS&I overall strategy What sort of skills do I need? Experience in Defence or Federal Government Project Delivery and Business Development Demonstrated knowledge of the cyber security landscape in Federal Government and critical infrastructure sectors such as Water, Energy, Transport, Resources An ability to develop and lead a highly skilled technical team Strong communication skills Process orientated with good attention to detail Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance What's in it for me?
