We're seeking a dynamic Head of Asia Pacific B2B Marketing who can create and execute full-funnel marketing acquisition strategies for multiple countries within the region.
This role requires a flexible, growth mindset and the ability to manage a high degree of ambiguity extremely well. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating as a player and a coach, setting and achieving key performance indicators as a strategist, and acquiring customers and hitting revenue targets. They will need to demonstrate a history of progressive scope and the ability to solve problems autonomously and navigate a very large, global and matrixed environment while balancing hands-on execution with future leadership.
At Project Kuiper, the B2B Marketing team is defining our end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy. We own B2B customer insights, deliver compelling content, and acquire and retain customers across multiple industries and regions. The Head of Asia Pacific B2B Marketing will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with diverse markets and cultures within the Asia Pacific region. They will need to be as comfortable with full lifecycle account-based marketing as with programmatic digital, delivering regional thought leadership, and white-glove executive focused events. This is a unique opportunity to shape the regional B2B marketing strategy from the ground up, for a highly advanced connectivity service in one of the world's most dynamic and diverse regions.
Key job responsibilities Develop and execute full-funnel marketing acquisition strategies for multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region including Australia, New Zealand, Japan and more. Run GTM studies focused on competitors, service plans, pricing, features, and develop roadmaps to growth and increased revenue. Run high value regional evangelism and advisory programs for our top customers across multiple countries. Set, achieve and report on sales and marketing key performance indicators, including customer acquisition, conversion and revenue targets. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence while living Amazon leadership principles. Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams within region and our Washington, USA headquarters to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Work cross-functionally with PMM, Brand, Creative, Research and Operations teams to apply the latest digital, event and content acquisition tactics. Adapt global marketing initiatives to suit local markets, cultural nuances and gain efficiencies with existing programs. Optimize Marketing Acquired Leads (MAL), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion down the customer funnel across segments from SMB to Large Enterprise. Communicate regularly with executive leadership on program effectiveness, campaign results, and marketing strategies. While beginning as an individual contributor, this leader may have an opportunity to build and lead a team over time. This is a highly visible, high impact role leading the B2B Marketing efforts for Project Kuiper in the Asia Pacific region. The Head of Asia Pacific B2B Marketing will be responsible for setting the overall acquisition strategy to achieve both a customer and endpoint quote. This will take close collaboration and readiness support with local sales, business development and solutions architecture teams and include account-based marketing and campaigns. They will work closely with business operations, business development, AWS, and Kuiper marketing teams to set and achieve goals through account-based marketing, campaigns and events. This person will thrive by working independently with large, cross-functional teams inside and outside Amazon, while adapting global strategies to suit local market needs.

Minimum qualifications Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. 15 years of professional non-internship marketing experience in Product, Acquisition, Digital and Event marketing. Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging. Experience leading matrixed virtual teams that create and execute strategic programs.
