We ensure network and client devices function for WW Operations, including fulfillment centers, Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, and Amazon Campus.Minimum Requirements:High school or equivalent diploma.Experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux machines.Experience in operating systems support.Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.Availability to work at our Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE - Fulfillment Center, in a 3x2 shift (12 hours). Occasionally, the shift may change.Fluent in Portuguese and able to read in English.Preferred Qualifications:CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.Advanced English.
