Sustainability and Decarbonization Manager Company: AMATA Corporation PCL
Location: Responsible for enhancing the organization's sustainability efforts by developing a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, supporting climate strategies and decarbonization roadmaps, and establishing ESG data collection systems. This includes preparing sustainability reports, engaging with indices for improvement insights, assessing sustainability-related risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while maintaining relationships with key sustainability organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the GHG inventory and manage the organization's carbon footprint Support the creation of climate strategies, decarbonization roadmaps and transitions to a low-carbon economy Assist in developing systems for collecting ESG-related data and monitoring progress towards company goals Gather information in accordance with reporting standards and prepare corporate sustainability reports, including public disclosures related to sustainability Respond to sustainability indices such as the Thailand Sustainability Assessment (SET ESG Ratings) and FTSE Russell, analyzing their results and feedback to identify areas for improvement Identify and assess sustainability-related risks and opportunities that could impact the organization's performance, including mitigation and adaptation plans Stay updated on emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability to effectively apply them within the organization Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into operations and initiate programs that align with corporate strategies and goals Build and maintain strong relationships with sustainability organizations and entities such as the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Organization (TGO) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related ESG fields Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sustainability, climate change or related fields Broad knowledge of key sustainability topics and trends, including sustainable finance, climate change and technology innovation Fundamental understanding of sustainability frameworks and international standards Relevant experience in ESG reporting, ratings frameworks and climate change, particularly in GHG inventories Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score of 750 or higher) #J-18808-Ljbffr
