Here's what you need to apply:
Previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to set and adhere to deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications - in particular Excel.
The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team.
Strong commitment to work in a safe manner.
Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly regarded.
Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues, and your customers.
