The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team at Correct Accident Repairs North Melbourne.

Role Responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly. Greeting customers on arrival. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles. Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience. Telephone and email correspondence. Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc). Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs. Does This Sound Like You? Proven experience within a Customer Service position. Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team. Full appropriate Australian work rights.
