The Warehouse Team Trainer is a pivotal role in the development of individual and team skillsets in an ever changing, dynamic DC environment. We are looking for process driven, talented communicators who can both impart their knowledge of the processes, as well as being instrumental in mentoring the team to hit and exceed production targets.
As a Warehouse Team Trainer, you are responsible for assisting the DC Management in maintaining KPI driven activity on the Warehouse floor. The Warehouse Team Trainer must ensure that all team members are trained in the standard operating procedures (SOP's) and are working to the standards required.
The AM shift hours are 6:00pm - 2:00pm.
Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Liaising with DC management regarding training requirements and outcomesTrain and motivate staff and assist them in attaining production targets and personal KPI'sManage and report on compliance to SOP's and review KPI detailsEnsure SOP's are robust and kept up to date with current processesTrain staff to consistently improve standards and build the team's skillsetManage Team Members accordingly and maintain a positive and friendly environmentWHO YOU ARE Minimum 2 years' experience as a Warehouse Trainer experience or equivalentPrevious RF scanning experience in unit pick environmentTeam Management experienceTraining Staff with RF scannersWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
