As a part of this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance, safety, and rostering of our fantastic warehouse team and will report to the Operations Manager daily. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday starting from 5:00 am with additional hours subject to business needs and as required. Key areas:Create and maintain a safe working environment for self and others.Manage daily warehouse operations, with a focus on receiving, put-away, picking, wrapping, replenishment, and loading.Efficiently schedule warehouse resources to maximize productivity for BevChain and meet or exceed client customer service standards.Oversee and facilitate clear communication between customer representatives, dispatchers, and staff across all shifts and business areas.Assign labor resources to ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.Manage picker and loader performance to uphold product integrity for our customers.Assist the Warehouse/DC Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain the site and facilities to meet BevChain and customer standards.Are you the one?Strong adherence, commitment, and understanding of Safety Standards and requirements.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload daily.Able to effectively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders daily.Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to systems.Have a proactive approach and positive attitude.At Linfox, we focus on providing an inclusive and diverse workplace where our people can perform at their best.
