The Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) is responsible for building the foundations of lifelong relationships between the University's alumni, business, and the community. The Office comprises three teams – Alumni Relations, Development and Operations. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, high-energy team as ECU enters an exciting and transformational phase, including the opening of Western Australia's first comprehensive city university campus.
The position of Alumni Relations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Manager, Alumni Relations and the rest of the DAR team to increase the number of alumni connected to ECU and the level of their involvement with the University. This is a varied role with the opportunity to be creative, coordinating a number of key events, programs and projects.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a background in a communications or stakeholder-engagement role. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of coordinating events, and be confident working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Managing a variety of tasks is essential for this role. We are seeking someone with excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills, and has a focus on providing a high standard of customer service.

Benefits & RemunerationThis full time, fixed-term position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
