About the role Altrad is seeking experienced and technically proficient Scaffold Supervisors to join our major LNG project in Darwin, NT. Whilst integrated with the broader leadership team, you will oversee the successful execution of insulation work.
Working a local, 5:2 roster, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role in line with project, Altrad and INPEX Values to achieve long-term success Safe conduct of all work undertaken by the workforce and fully understanding safety and quality requirements Ensuring the personnel carrying out the work understands the work requirements and that work instructions, safety instructions and/or quality documentation are supplied, understood, and complied with by the work group Organising and managing labor within the direct work group Supervising the work teams and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule and to required quality and client specifications About you A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Scaffolding Supervision role, preferably in the energy, mining and/or construction industry Advanced Scaffold High Risk Work License Good communicator with the ability to positively influence a team Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skills Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen Why you should work for Altrad We provide the benefits you'd expect from a global company, but what makes us different?
