You will already have the legal right to work in Australia.Engineering Passion: While a tertiary qualification in engineering is preferred, a strong mechanical or electrical background is advantageous.Proven Project Management: You should have a minimum of 5 years' on-site project management experience and a track record of successful project delivery with documented evidence.Contractual and Commercial Acumen: An understanding of contractual and commercial matters is crucial.Effective Communication: Good written and oral communication skills are essential.Financial Competence: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, project scheduling, and planning is highly valued.
