Middle Market Asset Focus with Institutional Exposure Valuations Director to join an International Property Advisory firm within their Commercial team handling high-level advisory for financial reporting, acquisitions / disposals, developments, highest & best use.
Depending on your experience level & whether you sit at the AD or Director level, they will tailor this role to you & your interests.
This firm is well-known for its training programs that have seen people progress either within Valuations or other areas of the business (funds, developments etc).
This position offers progression opportunities through to Director, State Manager or even National Lead if this is something that interests you.

The Role: Valuation management and specialist advisory Commercial office assets – middle market Institutional exposure and specialised/alternate assets incl.
going concerns Technical leadership or people leadership $170,000 – 200k + bonuses based on experience.
