Ally first opened its doors in Sydney in 2001 and now has over 150+ stores nationally as well as a thriving online store shipping worldwide.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Warehouse team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively and standards of performance are attained.
Responsible for dispatch of orders from the Warehouse and coordinating the pick/pack team effectively.
Oversee all warehouse requests from other departments and coordinate efficiently with the team for prompt action.
Ensure safety and compliance is always maintained, recording, and reporting all incidents to the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure warehouse items are audited, and store inventory processes are kept up to date.
Investigate stock discrepancies, reporting all findings to the Warehouse Manager.
Competently perform tasks in the Warehouse in an efficient, safe, and timely manner in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
Liaise with couriers to ensure parcels are picked up on time and in order.
Report and manage damaged goods.
General warehouse housekeeping and operations.
Assist in stocktakes and spot checks when required.
Participate in weekly warehouse meetings and communication, assist Warehouse manager to plan workload and operation requirements, etc.
Play an active role in the continuous improvement of the brands and work closely with other Departments.
Assist with additional responsibilities as required.

Experience leading a small team (Desirable).
