APG & Co is seeking an all-round awesome Allocator to join our talented team!
You will play a pivotal role in the Planning team in managing the allocation process of stock to stores and providing support in maximising sales through effective planning, quantification, analysis, and proactive management of financials.
Planning across a growing category means you need to be a strong and confident stakeholder manager who can network, engage with and foster relationships across the business.
You are highly numerate and analytical and love working in tandem with the Buying team to trade your business efficiently and effectively.
Your manager will provide you with high levels of guidance and development opportunities that will allow you to hone your planning and analysis skills and build on your existing planning foundations.

The Role Ensuring all orders are allocated promptly Complete all amendments as requested Communicate with team regarding any allocation or dispatch issues Create all replenishment models in excel Run replenishment twice weekly Maintain all minimum stock templates for replenishment Process all markdowns in AP21 & upload onto intranet Issue Consolidation Reports on styles when necessary Analysis of department, class, sub-class and product performance to identify trends, and what action needs to be taken Achieve business objectives through analysis, reporting & measurement of sales, margin and inventory To ensure all reports required are supplied in a timely manner with relevant insights Work with Planner to produce appropriate sizing ratios for seasonal use Issue Consolidation Reports on styles when necessary Conduct store visits to ensure an understanding of the customer Work with store colleagues to optimise the stock packages in store Knowledge of the differences between different store grades Assist the Planner with weekly and adhoc analysis Ensure a sound operating knowledge of merchandise related computer systems - AP21, Data Warehouse and all other systems.
You Experience in allocation & replenishment systems considered advantageous Strong numerical & analytical skills Communicate effectively - verbally & written Logical & a problem-solver Strong organisational skills, & capable of working autonomously Data driven with a high attention to detail Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Faster learner of new systems/software Where do I sign?
