WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for an Allocator to deliver the daily receipt plan and new season load-ins to our fleet of Value Stores, Company Store and Digital channel. We are looking for someone who is a team player and can operate in a fast paced environment to execute the projected sales and promotions plans.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? If this is you, you'll be working with the In Season Optimisation and Nike Direct team, Marketplace Operations, Supply and Inventory partners across the Nike Pacific business.
A typical day/week includes delivering on the sales and inventory plans by receipting product into the store to maximise sales and mitigate risks caused by over and under capacity. You will also produce and analyse weekly trade reports to identify gaps and opportunities to drive action. You will always have a lens on the flow of aged inventory in store to ensure a healthy and clean marketplace.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? Reporting to the Director of In-Season Optimisation and teaming up with two other Allocators, you will partner with your direct team on weekly and seasonal deliverables. This will entail planning receipts in line with key consumer moments and promotions with the Merchandise Financial Planner and Location Planner. You will collaborate with the Assortment Planning Managers to ensure product flows into store as planned and maintain healthy inventory in store. You will be a critical partner in developing and elevating Allocation processes by working with your contact in the United States. Building a strong partnership with cross-functional teams in the Distribution Centre and Marketplace Operations team will be important in driving success.
