About the Role Apply advanced clinical reasoning, knowledge, principles, and practices to develop, implement, and evaluate complex and interrelated allied health initiatives to achieve organizational goals for improved clinical outcomes.Demonstrate high-level communication skills to facilitate collaboration with interprofessional team members and stakeholder groups to achieve common vision, direction, and project outcomes.Flexibly manage the conceptualization, development, and delivery of several initiatives simultaneously while utilizing high-level prioritization skills.Maintain a thorough understanding of the political, human resource, and financial pressures and constraints that impact service delivery and recommend courses of action that achieve sustainable outcomes within those constraints for patients, staff, and students.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
