THE ROLE Opportunity for a qualified Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Registered Nurse with strong Allied Health team experience. Prior team leadership experience would be desirable for this role as you will be looking after a team of 5-6 Allied Health staff.
Oversee and manage allied health programs focused on individual client goals and care. Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team across various service locations. Implement program standards that meet compliance and best practice guidelines. Coordinate efficient service delivery in alignment with the organisation's mission. Ensure budget targets are met while optimising resource use. Promote community engagement and client satisfaction through active service evaluation. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related field. Proven experience in operational management within health or aged care. Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements. Demonstrated success in achieving program KPIs and managing budgets. Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing team members. Ability to identify growth opportunities and enhance service outcomes.
