We are seeking an enthusiastic Allied Health Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Impact Services.
In this role, you'll lead and manage a team of allied health professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth, and ensuring the consistent delivery of top-tier participant care in alignment with our vision and purpose.
About the role: As the Allied Health Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing and demonstrating the delivery of allied health services and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
You'll coordinate resources, manage team performance, and stay at the forefront of allied health advancements.

You will: Lead and manage the Allied Health team (Social Workers), whilst fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging professional growth and development.Deliver clinical sessions, providing counselling and external support services to assist participants to progress through non vocational barriers.Coordinate and oversee the delivery of allied health services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and participant care.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.Stay current with best practices and advancements in allied health care, integrating new knowledge into practice.Work with the Program Manager to ensure the Allied Health service aligns to the service delivery model.About you: Do you have a Bachelor/Master of Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or similar qualifications?Are you a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or do you hold an equivalent certification?Do you have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team?Are you an excellent communicator, with outstanding interpersonal skills?Are you highly organised, with excellent problem-solving abilities?Are you committed to ongoing professional development and excellence in care?If you answered yes to the above and are ready to make an Impact, Apply Now!
