Casual Administration \ Receptionist 2 days a week equates to around  14-16 hours a week. About us We are an established, busy Osteopathic practice with massage and counselling. We take pride in the care we provide our patients and believe this begins at reception. We are seeking someone who can manage a front desk autonomously and can multi task whilst maintaining the patience and support needed in managing patients and practitioners alike. 
We are seeking someone who is not looking for simply short term role. 
Tasks & responsibilities Greeting patients.Answering phone calls and booking appointments. Eftpos/Hicaps experience  Patient billing. Cleaning of practice( light duties) and maintaining treatment rooms for practitioners. Checking stock and ordering, general administration duties.Support of practitioners - seeking scans, maintaining CDM spreadsheets, sending referral letters, managing practitioner diary.Computer skills - working with our software, spreadsheets etcGeneral administration to assist the smooth running of the practitioners day and needs of the patients.Qualifications & experience At least one year experience in the allied health/ medical receptionist.Skills and Attributes  Exceptional skills in managing patients from all walks of life. Positive outlook and excellent phone manner.Ability to work autonomously and work within a team.Ability to triage tasks for the day/weekPositive attitude Multitask.Please be advised, we use the cover letter to assist us in discerning  who is suitable for this particular role at Chirn Park Health Group, so please outline here why this role is suitable for  you .  If your application does not have a CV outlining the information we have requested, we may not be able to consider you for this role.
