Medical Administration (Healthcare & Medical)
We are a specialist Allied Health practice with our main location situated in Equinox Business Park.
Our team consists of Pelvic Health Physiotherapists and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists.
We are looking for a dedicated part-time receptionist, approximately 18-30 hours per week. Some evening work is required (7pm finish) and must be available to work in the school holidays with notice. Training will be provided, but computer skills are a prerequisite. Most importantly, the successful applicant must have a bright personality, be great with people, and be able to multitask.
Our new team member will need to be dedicated, self-motivated, comfortable researching answers to unknown tasks, and most importantly, a great team player. Normal hours will be approximately 8.30am - 6pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a possible increase in the future to cover other staff when away. Hours are negotiable, but these days are a priority.
A successful applicant will also be willing to fill extra shifts on short notice to cover sick staff if required.
Start date: end of Jan 2025.
