We are looking for a passionate Admin/Reception team member to assist in helping our awesome team provide amazing client experiences and get people moving well and feeling great!

This admin/reception position is available at our Mudgeeraba Clinic for 25-30 hours/week (plus more with covering team) and this opportunity does not come around very often.
____________________________________________ A Part-time reception position (approx 25-30 hours) is available at our Physiotherapy clinic in Mudgeeraba on the Sunny Gold Coast. Your role will focus on providing excellent reception services for our wonderful clients. The successful applicant will be employed in a role that involves engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class. This includes encouraging clients to enjoy coffee, herbal tea and attending to their needs. You'll be responsible for assisting the practice manager, and taking over reception duties as required, which may sometimes be at short notice. This role is 5 Days a week with 6 hour shifts, being the main admin position we have to support our Practice Manager.
You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

The successful applicant will need to be available weekdays to either start early (7:30am) or finish late (6pm) and some Saturdays (when covering team leave). Please note, we only want to speak with people who are genuinely excited about the opportunity to nurture and spoil our lovely clients.
