The positions available are within our new teams which are currently being developed as initiatives under the CYMHS reform program (Youth, Youth Forensic, OOHC).The Allied Health Professional will be part of the OOHC Program and will have a passion for providing a person-centred approach, trauma informed therapy, and working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing high level clinical care.The role will include:Being part of a dynamic and well-supported team committed to delivering high-quality, multisystemic, mental health services to children and young people in out of home care (OOHC).Undertaking clinical services through the provision of evidence-based assessment, therapies, and case management including the development and implementation of specialised treatment programs.Working with an amazing and diverse group of clinicians as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.Participating in supervision, peer support and ongoing professional learning opportunities.Collaborating with care teams – that may include Child Safety Services, NGOs, Schools, psychiatrists, GP's and other Agencies – to optimise service effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity of care.Details of Appointment:Permanent full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.Salary: $106,966 - $118,114 per annum.
