Allied Health Professional – Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist Location- Busselton/ Dunsborough Permanent Position – Part Time/Full Time. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to join our Clinical team. Reporting to the Allied Health Coordinator and working closely with the Clinical Coordinators, you will provide leadership, coordination, planning, and assessment of all aspects of the allied health program within our residential facilities and in community settings.
To promote a program of wellbeing and re-enablement you will be responsible for:
Undertake assessments of residents' allied health needsDeveloping allied health programs to promote an individual-centred approach.Partner with a dedicated team of allied health professionals and AHA'sWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team that is committed to the overall physical and emotional health of our clientsMaintaining care plans and providing advice to our front-line care staffPromote a positive ageing experience for older peopleAttend and actively participate in clinical meetingsAbout You – Key Requirements to be successful in this role: Tertiary QualificationsCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist or Occupational TherapistPrevious experience within aged care (highly desirable)Sound understanding of people living with dementia and/or people living with complex care needsPassion for working with the elderlyCommitment to a person-centred approach to care interventionsSound clinical assessment and documentation skillsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsWhy work for Capecare?
