Please note this position is also being advertised as Clinical Nurse Specialist - CAMHS (526895) and only one position will be filled on merit. The Role: As part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Service principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies, the Allied Health Professional will:
Undertake the delivery of quality recovery focussed services to clients of the Child and Adolescent, Adult Community, Inpatient and Extended Treatment and Older Persons Mental Health Service based on best practice principles and within a recovery framework.
Service delivery is within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework, that includes those with lived experiences.Provide a specialist assessment and consumer led treatment service to clients of Child and Adolescent, Adult Community, Inpatient and Extended Treatment and Older Persons Mental Health Service and their families or carers.The Team: CYMHS is undergoing an exciting reform process to expand the service to the young people in Northern Tasmania.
Our team of clinicians work closely with other service providers to ensure excellent outcomes for our consumers.

Salary: $106,966 - $118,114 per annum.
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.
2 of 2022.You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.Please note that access to salaries beyond $115,573 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.Benefit available to eligible candidates: Travel and relocation assistance support available up to $15,000 for eligible appointees.Professional development and accelerated pathways.Excellent leave benefits: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), 20 days personal leave (pro rata), and study assistance leave if eligible.Fitness Passport – You, and your family can access 40+ fitness facilities across Tasmania for just $13.95 per week per person, or $25.95 for a family.Eligibility: Satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board or, in the case of self-regulated allied health professions, full membership/eligible for membership with the relevant professional association.Current Working with Children Registration (where applicable as determined by individual position requirements).Current Driver's Licence.*Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of these may be checked at any time during employment.
