You will engage with allied health providers to deliver practice support and facilitate multidisciplinary team-based care initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Providing guidance on business operations and funding navigation.Developing professional development and networking opportunities for allied health practitioners.Supporting quality improvement initiatives, including digital enhancements.Fostering engagement between the Primary Health Network (PHN) and allied health professionals.Through these initiatives, you will contribute to data collection that informs the planning, implementation, and evaluation of local care models and workforce solutions.
