You will engage with allied health providers to deliver practice support and facilitate multidisciplinary team-based care initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Providing guidance on business operations and funding navigation.Developing professional development and networking opportunities for allied health practitioners.Supporting quality improvement initiatives, including digital enhancements.Fostering engagement between the Primary Health Network (PHN) and allied health professionals.Through these initiatives, you will contribute to data collection that informs the planning, implementation, and evaluation of local care models and workforce solutions. This role aligns with the PHN's strategic vision to enhance equity of access to primary care services by improving service integration and increasing the presence of allied health professionals across our footprint.The successful candidate will have:Experience in providing high level administration and project support services in a similar role.High level written and oral communications skills and strong attention to detail.Demonstrated strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise conflicting deadlines.Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve joint outcomes.How to apply:Address the selection criteria (both essential and desirable) in your cover letter.
