About the role:
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, this national role is responsible for optimising the performance of a multi-site community and allied health practice while providing insights and analysis to support the development of our services and achieving our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Software Management: Implement, maintain, and optimise all enabling software for managing Mates4Mates client services. Stay updated with advancements in healthcare technologies and assess their applicability to improve organisational efficiency and client care. Billing and Revenue Management: Oversee the billing process and manage revenue targets. Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain referral pathways. Market Research and Expansion: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding allied health services. Explore potential additional health revenue streams. Data Systems Management: Manage Mates4Mates client data systems to ensure effective and efficient reporting on operational and strategic outputs and outcomes. Operational Management and Leadership: Drive efficiency and streamline operations across multiple service centres nationally. Provide strong leadership to the operational team. Continuous Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to support the achievement of accreditation standards and other legislative and compliance requirements. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in our Head Office in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
Qualifications and Skills: Five years' experience in operational management within a healthcare setting. Mastery of healthcare technologies and data systems. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities within the healthcare sector. Commitment to quality improvement and compliance with accreditation standards. Ability to maintain a valid working with children card. Advantageous: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Experience or understanding of Veterans' health needs/DVA.
