About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Allied Health Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and lead a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring the delivery of client-centered care and excellence in service delivery. You will play a critical role in managing operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists. Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations. Oversee the development and implementation of individualized client care plans. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and client outcomes. Manage resources and ensure the efficient operation of allied health services. Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development. Liaise with clients, families, and stakeholders to maintain strong communication and relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in an allied health discipline (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, etc.). Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within the allied health or NDIS sector. Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and improve service delivery. Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused care.
