Adult Community & Older Persons Mental Health ServicesAlcohol & Drug Services (ADS)Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)Justice Health Services (JHS)The Allied Health Manager provides operational leadership and oversees the daily operations of the Adult Mental Health Unit (AMHU), 12B and Mental Health Short Stay Unit (MHSSU) Allied Health teams in line with service objectives, established procedures and sound governance processes.
The Allied Health Manager manages human resources, finances, reporting, and quality and safety compliance.
The Allied Health Manager is required to undertake professional development and supervision, participate in quality initiatives and contribute to the multidisciplinary team processes.
The Allied Health Manager will collaborate with the Allied Health Clinical Lead and the multidisciplinary allied health staff, psychiatry and nursing staff to continually improve the quality of the recovery focused therapeutic programs.
