The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic nursing or allied health professional with a strong background in operations and change management to join our multidisciplinary team as an Allied Health Initiatives Lead in a full-time ongoing capacity.
Responsibilities:
Lead Clinical and Operational Teams: Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to direct reports, ensuring effective coordination, staff management, and scheduling of operational meetings. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a key advisor in allied health project implementation, driving innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes. Strategic Model Development: Contribute to the formulation of operational models and writing of funding submissions to support portfolio initiatives. Service Development Support: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for new service offerings. Skills & Experience:
Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion. Operational and Strategic Leadership: Proven track record in operational management with a focus on strategic delivery. High-Level Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, fostering collaboration and providing mentorship. Proven Leadership Experience: Established history in a leadership role, inspiring teams towards achieving strategic goals.
