Allied Health Director or Nursing Director (Clinical Director - ieMR) (Wide Bay)Your opportunity: Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) is seeking to undertake a detailed planning project in preparation for the implementation of the ieMR from 1 July 2025.The Nursing Director (Clinical Director ieMR) or the Allied Health Director (Clinical Director ieMR) role will have responsibility for strategic clinical leadership, management, innovation, and excellence to meet patient care and service delivery needs to inform and support the detailed planning project for the implementation of the ieMR project and associated HHS workflows.The role will support the delivery of a detailed planning project that will facilitate a timely, high quality and cost-effective implementation of the ieMR for the WBHHS.Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Temporary Part Time (hours negotiable) from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $225,004 p.a., comprising salary between $184,018 - $197,206 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $92.81 - $99.46 p.h. (p/t) (HP7) or competitive remuneration package value up to $219,034 p.a., comprising salary $191,793 p.a. (f/t) or salary $96.82 p.h. (p/t) (Nurse Grade 12), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%).
