About the role: The Allied Health Coordinator (AHC) has a critical role within the Sales function for providing screening and education to QLD Teachers at their schools.
The AHC will provide, but not limited to screening, training, education and ear protection devices across all QLD Education Schools to Teachers affected by loud noise.
The role also has scope to collaborate with the Medical Team and clinics for attune Hearing.
Location: Brisbane
Key Responsibilities: Scheduling Proactively maintains the database of clients Manages the communication with clients and schools Books their travel with approval within the company guidelines Predominantly based in QLD Metro Brisbane area however travel will be required regionally each month.
Travel, Food and Accommodation paid by attune Hearing Manages their individual schedule in collaboration with the Sales Support Coordinator Reporting Maintains all Client updates in the database Maintains a monthly record of Screening transactions and ensures that screening and education is completed on time.
Liaises with the Sales Support Coordinator and Customer Service to ensure that we meet our requirements. Identify and/or report any discrepancies as detected in the database. Ensures that all reporting required per screening completed is filed away in the designated locations. Medical Marketing Assist with local and national events during school holidays when there is no testing and screening required for QLD Education Liaise with the Field Teams and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of events Cross over to the Medical team to assist in calling on General Practice Customers with a focus to drive incremental leads into attune Hearing clinics during school holidays when there is no testing and screening required for QLD Education Communication Any external communication that may be required will ensure that templated emails are used Assist in initiating new and innovative ways to engage with customers using communication and templated emails QLD Education Liaise with the team to build out your Monthly schedule planning in advance Work with the Country Field Medical Manager to identify regions and strategies to implement aligning with the QLD Education approved policy Liaise with the Business Managers at Schools and Host Schools in the QLD state to book in School Staff to complete their Hearing screening in line with the QLD Department of Education Hearing Conservation Program Attend all training and upskilling provided by attune Hearing Attend scheduled Schools on time and allocate adequate time for testing and screening staff Complete the mandatory screening forms and documents while saving them in the designated folders with the correct naming convention Plan the travel required through the approved workflow and channel Demonstrate the values at attune Hearing in all customer interactions Other Duties Action travel requirements for as required and in line with Travel Policy. Place any internal or external orders required using our internal portal and system Assist in local event management activities including Attune sponsored events. Ensure that duties of the role are conducted in an efficient, competent, and diligent manner where assigned KPI's are met with minimum disruption. About you: At least 2 years' experience in a multi-site administrative support role within the healthcare industry. Diploma in Administration or similar study (desired). High proficiency using MS Office suite. Competency in using Sales operating system. Demonstrated understanding of reporting and review of analytical data. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-centered approach. Adaptable to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Positive 'can do' attitude with high energy, drive, and enthusiasm. Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality.
