This position can be based in Emerald or Biloela.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of our dynamic and innovative team, the Clinical Lead in Occupational Therapy will oversee service-learning programs in partnership with local community-based organizations.
Committed to excellence in remote, rural, and Indigenous health, you will provide clinical supervision to undergraduate students, engage with local stakeholders, and support inter-professional learning in a remote setting.
Based in the Central Highlands of Queensland, you will travel to various communities and work in non-clinical environments, such as daycares, schools, and aged-care facilities, while communicating sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to transition from a traditional clinical role, work with Indigenous communities, experience rural Queensland, and receive full support for further academic pursuits such as a postgraduate degree, master's, or PhD.
