Hiya Health are seeking an experienced and dynamic Allied Health Centre Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary team at our Burleigh Heads clinic by setting the standard and raising the bar through customer service, expert knowledge and private practice performance.
The Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of their clinic and team members. This pivotal leadership position within Allied Health Services is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across diverse client groups. The role involves driving clinical excellence, providing support and development opportunities for your team, and promoting the business to meet operational goals. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient-centred care and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting our multi-disciplinary team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and development Driving clinical excellence and promoting business growth while leading by example and maintaining your own part-time caseload. Oversee the clinical operations day to day, managing diaries, inventories & compliance Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless client and referrer experience Identify areas for growth in the business and work with Executive team to implement these initiatives Strong communication, excellent work discipline and an ability to meet and exceed deadlines Working closely with your team in supporting them to achieve their KPIs. Leading by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and fun! Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with a proven record of high performance (either as a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist) Registered with the governing body (AHPRA, APA, ESSA etc) Proven leadership experience Ability to integrate commercial considerations with clinical best practices to achieve outstanding outcomes for the business and patients. Excellent communication skills Experience working with Government funding programs including Medicare, DVA, Workcover, NIISQ, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Ability to influence, lead, and mentor a team of passionate clinicians National Police Check Driver's License and car Working with Children's Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Covid Vaccination Why You'll Love Working For Us!
