Respect also hashome care servicesin multiple states, and more than 700 units in differentretirement villages and independent living communities.The opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Allied Health Assistant to join our team at Lyndoch Living and support clients in overcoming the challenges of aging, disability, and health issues, helping them lead fuller, more independent lives.Key Responsibilities:Client Care & Therapy: Deliver excellence in consumer care by planning, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic interventions under the guidance of Allied Health Professionals.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and legislation, and document client outcomes once goals are achieved. Modify therapy sessions as needed, within limits prescribed by the treating Allied Health professional.Client Monitoring: Monitor clients during therapy sessions, noting any changes or abnormalities and reporting these to the relevant professionals for timely action.Clinical Documentation: Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, ensuring all client statistics are accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.Quality Improvement & Risk Management: Contribute to continuous improvement processes and ensure systems and practices align with best practices. Assist in strategic planning to enhance client outcomes.Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development activities, complete annual education modules, and engage in the Employee Support and Growth Plan.Workplace Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, take reasonable care for your own health and safety, and adhere to workplace instructions and conduct protocols.
