We aim to make their day, every day.We are an equal opportunity employer, proudly welcoming people from diverse cultural backgrounds, people from the LGBTQI community, veterans, and Indigenous Australians and Torres Strait Islander to our team.Flourish Holistic Services is looking for two exceptional and experienced community Allied Health Assistants on a casual basis to join our team at 20 Camphora Street, Tarneit 3029.Purpose of this role is to focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday occupations of life.Working as an AHA with our NDIS participants in clinic, tele-health, and community settings with diagnosed mental health conditions and physical disabilities. The AHA will have the opportunity to work with clients who display high and low behaviours. The AHA will be involved in client care to improve their motor skills, function, mobility, and quality of life. In this role, you will provide individual therapy sessions, assist occupational therapy staff in co-treatment sessions, manage equipment tasks, write case notes, and assist with report writing.
