Warragul, West Gippsland & Latrobe Valley VIC Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical) Permanent Full Time or Part time positions – 86 hours per fortnight available
Fixed Term Part Time – 32 hours per fortnight
October 2024 until September 2025 (parental leave backfill)
__________________________________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Allied Health Assistants to be employed on a full time or part time basis, delivering therapy programs designed by qualified allied health professionals. Hours may be worked in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Dietetics departments and split amongst multiple applicants. The job may also involve general administration duties including computer data entry, cleaning and tracking of equipment, and ordering of stock. Our preferred candidate will have:
Qualification – Cert III or IV Allied Health Assistance or equivalent. Previous experience in the provision of AHA services or similar. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well-developed organisational and time management skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity Microsoft Office software.
IMPORTANT:
All staff employed in the healthcare sector are required to be fully (3 doses) vaccinated for COVID-19 and Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
