MHS in Port Fairy invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to join the Physiotherapy team as an Allied Health Assistant on a casual basis.
About the Role The Allied Health Assistant (AHA) role is responsible for providing a high standard of clinical and program support to the Allied Health therapists as determined by the Allied Health Team Manager.The role may require delivering programs within community-based programs and Residential Aged Care and Acute Ward. The AHA's role is to deliver programs to individuals or groups of clients, as directed by Therapists and assist clients to work towards their exercise and rehabilitation goals. The AHA is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for the staff and clients within the gym or relevant setting ensuring equipment is maintained and used appropriately.
