Your Role: As an Allied Health Assistant, you will: Support families in implementing strategies that enhance their everyday lives. Provide coaching and support for families, facilitating group programs and individual therapy sessions. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of quality services. Contribute to continuous improvement through regular evaluation and training. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. What You Need to Join Us: A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. Experience working with children and families with additional needs (lived experience is valued). Currently working towards a relevant Allied Health qualification. Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in community settings. Compliance with relevant checks (Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, and First Aid Certificate).
