Allied Health Assistant - Community Rehabilitation ProgramHealth and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers EA 2021 – 2025 (IN28-IN29)61.5 hours f/nPart Time, PermanentERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council.

This role will offer experience and exposure to an array of programs across the health service to support career growth.Key responsibilities include:Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support short term rehabilitation programs and ensure high quality service deliveryPerform clinical assessments, track client progress, and help develop personalised care plans to support client outcomesAssist with care coordination for the Better Balance program, including assessments, care plans, admissions, and dischargesManage client statistical data entry, contribute to program development and maintenance, and assist with tasks such as managing waiting lists and data-related requestsMaintain client records and statistical data in line with program requirementsActively participate in departmental and organisation meetings as requiredQualifications/experience required:Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or working towardsThe ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamPrevious experience in Community Services or Rehabilitation Programs - DesirableWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
