Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with patient transfers, mobility aids, and exercise programs under the guidance of Allied Health professionals.Supporting the delivery of therapy services, such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech pathology.Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.Promoting patient independence and empowerment throughout their treatment journey.To excel in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
