A significant part of your role will see you providing support to a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. You will support customers with disabilities in their homes, community locations and our NEW onsite centre in beautiful Cairns. Key responsibilities include: Supporting Community and centre based Therapy clients goal achievement by implementing planned therapy interventionsSupporting clinicians of varied disciplines with their clientDevelopment of clinical resources and client toolsSupporting clinic operations with client movement, group programs, management of therapy spacesAbout you... We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual to be a key member of the LifeWorks team providing high quality support to a multi-disciplinary team within a client-focused and goal-centered framework. Essential Criteria: Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)Experience working with people with physical, psychosocial and neurological disabilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent organisation and time management skillsStrong commitment and professionalism to customer centred careExperience building long lasting patient relationshipsHighly motivated and a positive attitudeYour Royal Rewards: Salary Packaging: Up to $18,550 salary packaging benefits (lower your taxable income and increase your take home pay!)
