About the role
End to end management of commercial portfolio in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice.
Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries.
Achieving individual KPI's and targets.
Develop customer relationships to understand customer's requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience.
Deliver consistent and appropriate high level of customer service at all touch points.
About you
Experience in insurance or claims – essential.
High understanding of technical claim concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts.
High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
